Welcome to Elula Society, our way of rewarding you for shopping with us! By joining, you agree to the following terms:
Membership & Tiers
- Tiers: Member, Insider, Collector, Icon.
- Everyone starts as a Member, with opportunities to move up by shopping and engaging with us.
- Tier status is reviewed every 12 months. If your spend level isn’t maintained, your tier will adjust to the level that matches your activity over the past year.
Earning Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible products.

Icon members earn 2 points per $1 spent.
- Points can also be earned through bonus activities such as birthdays, sign-up, referrals, and social engagement (as offered by Elula Home).
Redeeming Points

100 points = $5 off your purchase.
- Points can be redeemed on all products excluding gift cards, sale items, and shipping.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiry & Activity
- Points expire after 12 months of no account activity.
- Tier progress is recalculated annually, based on spend in the past 12 months.
General Conditions
- Points are linked to your personal account and cannot be transferred between members.
- Fraudulent activity (including creating multiple accounts) will result in removal from the program.
- Elula Society is only valid for residents of Australia.
- Elula Home reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.
