These terms apply to Elula Home’s 2025 Black Friday Sale. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following:
Sale Dates

VIP Early Access: Begins Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 6pm AEST and runs for 2 hours only.

Public Access: Opens Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 8pm AEST and continues until the sale period ends or while stocks last.
Discounts

VIP Early Access: 40% off sitewide for the first 2 hours.

Public Sale: 30% off sitewide following the VIP window.
- Discounts apply automatically at checkout, no code required.
- Excludes gift cards and diffuser refills.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Exclusions
- Gift cards and diffuser refills are not included in the sale.
- Sale pricing cannot be used in conjunction with:
Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $12 on all orders under $99.

Free Shipping: Orders $99 and over.

Express Shipping: Not available during the sale period.
- Due to high order volumes, please allow up to 3–5 business days for dispatch.
- Our usual same-day dispatch guarantee does not apply during the sale period.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased during the Black Friday sale are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
Stock Availability
- All items are available while stocks last.
- No restocks will occur during the sale period.
- Backorders and preorders will not be accepted for sold-out products.
Additional Information
- No other promotions or offers will run concurrently with this sale.
- Elula Home reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
