Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders under $99.
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
Order Processing
- Business Hours: Our orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 9am on business days will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after the 9am cutoff, it will be dispatched on the subsequent business day. During launches and sale periods same day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Notifications
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification. This notification will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order in real-time.
Shipping Timeframes
- If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@elulahome.com. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not accept liability for delayed parcels.
Peak Sale Periods
- During peak sale periods, our usual same-day dispatch guarantee may not apply. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during these times.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
