At Elula Home, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.Β 
  • Packaging: Please ensure that all original packaging, including any tags, labels, or protective materials, are intact when returning your item.
  • Exclusions: Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item within the 14-day window. Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’re here to help:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with details of the fault or damage, along with any supporting photos via email at hello@elulahome.com
  • Once we accept your return, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Store Credit Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which will be applied to your account within 5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
